| Qingdao Jiulong Construction Group Co., LTD. was established in February 1972. After more than 30 years of undertaking, it has Ⅰgrade general contract qualification on building construction, Ⅱ grade qualification on decoration, mechanical ＆ electrical equipments installation, hoisting equipments installation projects, bridge construction, Ⅲ grade qualification on anticorrosive and thermal insulation projects. |
| House Purchasing Company, Decoration Company, Mechanical ＆ Electrical Equipments Installation Company, New Building Material Company, Hoisting Equipments Disassembling ＆ Installing Leasehold Company, Anticorrosive ＆ Thermal Insulation Company, Labor Services Company and 28 project departments are under the jurisdiction of the Group Company. The Group Company has 2000 employees, 318 of them are professional technicians, and 520 have key post working certificates and special work personnel 540. At present, the company had fixed assets RMB66.43 million, current assets RMB71.86 million, net assets RMB89.73 million. The company has 465 big and middle-sized equipments. The annual finished construction area is over 300,000 square meters. The annual output value is over RMB200 million. 100% of the projects are up to the standard. Many projects won prizes or honors each year. It has a perfect organizational structure and regulation systems. Its comprehensive strength is in the forefront of the construction field in Jiaozhou. |
| For over 30 years, quality open the market ＆ quality repay the society is always the management philosophy of the Group Company. In 1993 the company was in the list of 100 top construction enterprises in Shandong Province and entitled Star Enterprise by the National System Reform Committee. For 18 continuous years the company was named Contract and Credit Keeping Unit by Shandong Industrial ＆ commercial Administration Bureau. For years the company gained reputation of Quality Administration Advanced Company and Safe Production Advanced Unit in Qingdao and Jiaozhou. For 15 years won the honor of 10 Top Construct Enterprises, Star Enterprises from Jiaozhou Municipal Government. The Group Company’s administration on documents and equipments is up over national grade Ⅱ.
